First of all, isn't Blockbuster going (or gone?) out of business? In any case, having something like this just means more options and more competition just like Redbox competes with Netflix. Sometimes I find it better to stream movies from Netflix because I am too lazy to actually go out and rent a movies, besides it's just easier to stream it.

Of course the only thing that matters is what ever service offers the best deal for you.

P.S: The picture says 2008 because I just Google'd for a GameFly picture and that was the only one I could find at the time lol

I saw the selection these games for the free portion of the PC client. I wasn’t exactly blown away, and I doubt this will be a selling point for Gamefly unless they make some significant improvements. They’re all older games and/or terrible to begin with. And the sad thing about playing those old games that you really enjoyed and have that sense of nostalgia about, is that you often find that time has not been kind to them. I do at least. I’m sure the by mail rental feature will still be decent though, in fact, I’d still have a subscription if my employer, DISH, hadn’t come up with a service I like better. The Blockbuster Movie Pass has replaced both Netflix and Gamefly by offering basically both services in one for less money. I get movies and games by mail, with the option of in-store exchanges, a bunch of movie channels and unlimited streaming of a good selection movies and TV shows. Plus Blockbuster gets a lot of their movies 28 days earlier than Netflix or Redbox. This service really does round out my entertainment options and makes it easy to find quality programming to watch and great games to play.

P.S.: What’s with the pic saying 2008? I know this is a recent development and a new story.

Again, I guess having a sequel would be kind of cool in a sense. A Heavy Rain 2 with a totally different story, but with the same kind of story.

Heavy rain was a great game... and add-ons sounded promising. but after the taxidermist im honestly not surprised about this. As much as I would enjoy a sequel, it just couldn't work. Considering the array of different settings, you just couldn't do a direct sequel. I can see something like "Heavy Snow", featuring a copycat killer in New York, but I'd rather Cage focuses on cool new stuff.
